This dynamic class offers an invigorating experience, sculpting the entire body and improving balance, core strength, and flexibility. The room is heated to enhance flexibility, warm up muscles, and detoxify the body through a cleansing sweat. 

Best for students seeking a challenging, heated, yoga experience. The class finishes with savasana for a balanced, full-body experience.

Heated 88–92°F

Yoga Sculpt 🔥

Strength meets flow in this high-energy class that takes your yoga practice to the next level. Yoga Sculpt weaves traditional yoga sequences together with light weights, bodyweight movements, and cardio bursts — toning muscles, elevating your heart rate, and building real, functional strength. Yoga Sculpt with the added benefit of heat to increase flexibility, increase cardiovascular load, and improve circulation.

Set to motivating music, this class challenges both body and mind in equal measure. Modifications are offered throughout, making it accessible no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

Yin Yoga

Flow to Restore moves you through a rhythmic, breath-led sequence that opens the body and settles the mind, then guides you into a deep restorative session where the real restoration happens. Class may include yin-inspired poses for an added layer of release. One class, two practices, one complete experience. This class facilitates mental and physical healing, promoting balance between the body and mind.
